MP3 Organaizer

I have a lot of mp3 files (ripped from CDs). Sometimes I spend a little time and give a good name for artist/album/tracks before rip cd to mp3, BUT sometimes just leave files as is. Ex: track01.mp3, track02.mp3...
I dream about some site or/and application that gives me ability to organaize all my unnamed/unordered mp3 files to well organaized tree. Similar to cddb.org or freedb sites.

Idea: blog hard copy.
Give access to web service, where anyone can print any blog from any popular blog network(Blogger/Wordpress) to print in custom way:
- All/Selected posts
- Print post comments
- Custom header/footer
- as result get hard copy of selected posts as real book! :)

Idea: Open id service with rich id functionality.
- as part of project: give image location for different user profiles over network.
Ex: hxxp://www.openid.com/nickname/64x64.gif some kind of...

- ... how to get count english words in the PDF document?!(Is there direct solution without any additional convertation from PDF to DOC?
